Komkrit Tepthian graduated with a bachelor’s degree in the Bachelor of Fine Arts Program (Sculpture), Faculty of Architecture, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and at the master’s degree level (sculpture) from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Sculpture and Iconography, Silpakorn University. He has been interested in statues, idols and various icons from past to present. He usually uses sculpting to tell historical stories and gives importance to short stories. His work is usually a mixture of ancient artifacts and toy collections. He has participated in exhibitions in various countries such as his participation in the Early Years Project 2017 (Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, Bangkok, Thailand, 2017), SOLO Exhibition Iconography in Contemporary Condition (Art Season gallery, Singapore,2017), Singapore Art Week 2018, Art Central Hong Kong 2018, Bangkok Art Biennale 2018, ASIA NOW, Paris Art Fair 2019 (Paris France), and he has also had work on display at solo exhibitions on a continual basis. Komkrit Tepthian lives and creates his works of art at MOTMO Studio in Bangkok, Thailand.
